Here are 10 facial workouts to keep you looking younger longer:

  1. Close your eyes and scrunch(like tight closure of eyes) your face. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  2. Close your eyes and raise brows as high as possible, as if trying to touch the hairline. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  3. Open your eyes wide and rotate your eyes first clockwise and then anti-clockwise. Repeat thrice.
  4. Smile from ear-to-ear without parting lips. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  5. Smile with your eyes and mouth open wide. Hold for five counts and release. Repeat thrice.
  6. Fill your mouth with air and puff up your cheeks. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  7. Suck your cheeks in so that your mouth looks like a fish. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  8. Pout (bring lower lip forward), and then move your mouth first to the left and then to the right. Repeat thrice.
  9. Throw your head back and open your jaw wide. Hold to a count of five and release. Bring head back and try touching your neck with the chin. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
  10. Turn your face to left, till you feel a stretch on the right of your neck. Hold to a count of five and release. Now turn your face to right. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
