Here are 10 facial workouts to keep you looking younger longer:
- Close your eyes and scrunch(like tight closure of eyes) your face. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Close your eyes and raise brows as high as possible, as if trying to touch the hairline. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Open your eyes wide and rotate your eyes first clockwise and then anti-clockwise. Repeat thrice.
- Smile from ear-to-ear without parting lips. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Smile with your eyes and mouth open wide. Hold for five counts and release. Repeat thrice.
- Fill your mouth with air and puff up your cheeks. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Suck your cheeks in so that your mouth looks like a fish. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Pout (bring lower lip forward), and then move your mouth first to the left and then to the right. Repeat thrice.
- Throw your head back and open your jaw wide. Hold to a count of five and release. Bring head back and try touching your neck with the chin. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
- Turn your face to left, till you feel a stretch on the right of your neck. Hold to a count of five and release. Now turn your face to right. Hold to a count of five and release. Repeat thrice.
